Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

Visiting my parents up in Northern Utah.  I love when I am at my parents....they tell me to do stuff like "sleep in" and "take naps" and they will "watch the kids"!!!! HEAVEN!  I slept in till about 1030am, then went on a run at 11ish. I ran the first 6 miles (9 min pace) then walked ran the last 2. I was just enjoying my day, stopped at park for a bit, ran past my old High school, ran past the new Temple being built (Brigham City). I needed this day! Yeah!

Sorry for the late reply! I have been out of phone/internet for the last week...I was if Mexico!!!!

Burt- Totally seen the movie "Brigham City" and loved it....it was my favorite "mormon movie" of all time...and no I am not being sarcastic....I love any murder mystery! P.S. the movie wasn't actually filmed there....I do come from a small town, but it has more than 100 people in it!!!!

Amber- I would love to run together again....it WAS fun! However, rumor has it that you are a speed demon....so if you want a little easier pace, I would love it!!!
