met Cathy and her crew for track workout this morning. Did 800m  warm up. 4x100m sprint/glides. 2x200 @ 41 Sec each. 4x1000m @ 4:21, 4:13, 4:14, 4:19 then 800m cool down. These pushed me and I still feel out of shape from being on vacation for last 2 weeks, but I still felt like I had alot of energy left after so I decided to go to Crossfit right after.

WOD:

Max dead lift 75#

Then 3 rounds of:

Turkish Get ups (5#) X5

Dead lifts (55#) X5

50 situps

After, I took kids to park in jogging stroller!

K, I am now officially  pooped for today!

Are you following the xfit endurance program or the WOD?

From anji on Tue, Jun 28, 2011 at 17:37:56 from 74.211.95.73

well, ive been going to a diff xfit gym than you guys and i have just been doing the WOD there. Im just going a few times a week....how come?

From ben on Tue, Jun 28, 2011 at 18:20:42 from 209.33.248.15

Oh just asking... the xfit endurance is online. We use the local gym equipment while following the online WOD. Check it out.

From anji on Tue, Jun 28, 2011 at 21:10:19 from 74.211.95.73

oh really. i will have to check it out. I thought that you guys were going to Dixie Crossfit, I have been going to crossfit at the edge training ctr by costco cuz its only 30$ a month compared to 100$ a month. But if you guys just go to the gym and do the workouts....I should try that. Where do you guys go at.....the Rec Ctr? Also, is that where you get your track workouts from...online? I guess I should check out the website...thnks

From anji on Wed, Jun 29, 2011 at 11:44:32 from 74.211.95.73

oh okay, that makes sense. So can you tell me the difference between the WOD and crossfit endurance WOD?

From ben on Wed, Jun 29, 2011 at 11:57:13 from 209.33.248.15

It's the same thing, but the endurance wods are suppose to be centered around our other workouts for triathlons, running, etc.
