| ran 3 on treadmill today....totally killed me....this is my first day back running since I had our new little baby boy (such a cutie). I have and have NOT been looking forward to this day. It was nice to run, but every step I took was a reality check into how much I need to get back into shape. Ive been riding my bike the last few wks, but now im ready to start running. Not quite ready to run with my running friends yet (especially since they are all hard core into marathon training right now) |
