today I started a new class at the Washington Rec center called HIT training. (High Intensity Training). Once a week we bring in our bikes and trainers and do a class on our bikes. Sort of like spin, but better. It is hopefully going to make me a better biker! I really struggle in this department! I was kind of nervous to do this class, everyone in there are serious bikers, but it was fun. I did set my stuff up in the back and just had fun. My friend Allyson is doing the class with me. The class kicked my butt! We did these things called ILT's (where we peddeled with just one leg and then alternated) It will b a fun 12 weeks! Estimated approx 20 miles
