AMRAP for time (20 min): I completed 6 1/2 !!
3 of 1 knees to elbows, 1 toes to bar, 1 pull up 7 floor swipers (20#) 14 situps 21 Mountain climbers *exciting step for me (I graduated from the green band to the blue band for my pull ups!....yeah....finally some progress!)
