Woke up early and did interval Workout with Cheri. I was just not feelin it today. We ran hard as we could for 7 minutes x4. I had zero energy. I have been doing strict Paleo diet for the last few weeks and I think I can totally tell today, I need more energy. I am going to start eating the Paleo for endurance athletes now that I am running more etc (incorporating more carbs). I hope this helps me have more energy....it's not good when you want to fall asleep during the workout! Came home and ate carbs.....I could literally feel the sugar entering my brain.....much needed fuel! Met Ryan for lunch today. Had a taco salad! Yum....more much needed fuel! Went to Xfit this evening. Killer Workout "the Murph" ran 1 mile, 50 pullups(scaled), 100 pushups (scaled), 200 squats (scaled), ran 1 mile first mile pace 7:12, second mile pace 8:02 I had so much more energy at crossfit, than this morning! Food =Good!!!!!
