Recently had a baby boy this year!!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

I am married to a wonderful hubby, who has ran 3 marathons and a half ironman with me! I have 2 cute boys and a dog!

Ran Provo half today. The weather was perfect. I loved this race, probably was my favorite half so far. The downhill was killing my Left knee, not sure if I need a cortisone shot for my knee, Im going to try to avoid it if possible!..yikes.  Ran with my friend Heidi. My husband also ran, which was fun too. Time 1:35. Avg pace 7:18

Daaaang Anji!! That's like a minute faster per mile than my HM PR. Great job. Take it easy with that knee. That was funny what you said earlier in the week about the Garmin making you giggle.

well, not to toot my own horn, but i did beat him! he actually just started running a few months ago and he did awesome for just starting. i think he did like 1:59 !!
