Short-Term Running Goals: Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!
Long-Term Running Goals: Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!
Personal: I am married to a wonderful hubby, who has ran 3 marathons and a half ironman with me! I have 2 cute boys and a dog! |

| Ran marathon course with Cheri and Shalyce. Ran all the way to the park today instead of just stopping @ the church on Bluff St. It was good I think that we did that because in the past when I have run the marathon I think "mentally" Im done at the church. :) Good steady pace today. | met with SG running club this morning. Mostly ran with Court though, everyone kinda did their own thing. Ran through snow canyon state park, which was amazingly beautiful! Both Court and I were having GI distress, we had to stop for bathroom breaks 3 times!! Avg pace (while running!) 8:03 |

| ran 8 with Cheri this morning. Nice easy pace. Dont want to over do it this week before Bryce Half Marathon this saturday. Avg pace 8:38. Later did some killer stretching on the foam roller! --Man that thing kills, but its so good! Going to be busy today. This is the last real day I have to get everything ready for my cruise. I am leaving for it right after Bryce and I work tomorrow. Gotta go and get stuff ready! |

| I had every intention of running on the treadmill everyday of the cruise, but I didn't!! I enjoyed sleeping in and just being plain LAZY!!! (and I totally loved every minute of it, I wish I had more self will like my husband, he actually ran 7 miles every morning on the cruise....I was like, who is this person!?....) :). I actually did run today on the treadmill, tried to make in 5 miles, but only did 3 :) Later that day we went swimming and snorkeling in the Bahamas! So georgeous, didn't want to leave!! |

| didn't run today, but today we were in Key west, Flordia and we rented bicycles and rode all around the little island. Not sure how far we went, but Im posting this so I feel better about myself not running!! :) |

| K, so we got back from our trip late at midnight. After picking up the baby and getting settled we finally got to bed at like around 2 am. Met Cheri and Shalyce @ 5 am to run 20 miles. Well, once we all started running we were all like lets only do 14. I was sooooo tired from traveling and lack of sleep and the fact I was still on "cruise time", I was all for it. I actually fell behind Cheri and Shalyce @ the end. (a week without running can really do it to you). They actually came and picked me up cuz I was pretty much just walking @ the end! (So I only did 13). Anyway, hopefully next week will be better after I get some sleep and actually run!! Avg pace 8:00ish
