Long-Term Running Goals: Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!
Personal: I am married to a wonderful hubby, who has ran 3 marathons and a half ironman with me! I have 2 cute boys and a dog! |

| I had every intention of running on the treadmill everyday of the cruise, but I didn't!! I enjoyed sleeping in and just being plain LAZY!!! (and I totally loved every minute of it, I wish I had more self will like my husband, he actually ran 7 miles every morning on the cruise....I was like, who is this person!?....) :). I actually did run today on the treadmill, tried to make in 5 miles, but only did 3 :) Later that day we went swimming and snorkeling in the Bahamas! So georgeous, didn't want to leave!! |

| didn't run today, but today we were in Key west, Flordia and we rented bicycles and rode all around the little island. Not sure how far we went, but Im posting this so I feel better about myself not running!! :) |

| K, so we got back from our trip late at midnight. After picking up the baby and getting settled we finally got to bed at like around 2 am. Met Cheri and Shalyce @ 5 am to run 20 miles. Well, once we all started running we were all like lets only do 14. I was sooooo tired from traveling and lack of sleep and the fact I was still on "cruise time", I was all for it. I actually fell behind Cheri and Shalyce @ the end. (a week without running can really do it to you). They actually came and picked me up cuz I was pretty much just walking @ the end! (So I only did 13). Anyway, hopefully next week will be better after I get some sleep and actually run!! Avg pace 8:00ish
